Please give a Favorable Recommendation to the County Council proposed telecommunications ordinance, Bill 194. Dozens of local jurisdictions have implemented ordinances similar to Bill 194 to regulate the deployment of towers and antennas. It is aligned with all applicable Federal and State laws and offers important updates to the code.
